Get and increase the view counter of a message sent or forwarded from a channel

Parameters:

Name	Type	Description	Required
peer	Username, chat ID, Update, Message or InputPeer	Peer where the message was found	Optional
id	Array of int	The IDs messages to get	Yes
increment	Bool	Whether to mark the message as viewed and increment the view counter	Yes

Return type: Vector_of_int

400	CHAT_ID_INVALID	The provided chat id is invalid
400	MSG_ID_INVALID	Invalid message ID provided
400	PEER_ID_INVALID	The provided peer id is invalid
406	AUTH_KEY_DUPLICATED	An auth key with the same ID was already generated
-503	Timeout	Timeout while fetching data
