Wraps the asynchronous generator methods with asynchronous promise-based methods

Method list:

• getReadBuffer(int $length): \Amp\Promise
• getWriteBuffer(int $length, string $append): \Amp\Promise

Get read buffer asynchronously.

Parameters:

• $length: int Length of payload, as detected by this layer
