Get file hashes
### Parameters:

### MadelineProto Example:

}
include 'madeline.php';
$MadelineProto = new \danog\MadelineProto\API('session.madeline');
$MadelineProto->start();
$Vector_of_FileHash = $MadelineProto->upload->getFileHashes(['location' => InputFileLocation, 'offset' => int, ]);

Parameters:

Parameters:
location - Json encoded InputFileLocation
offset - Json encoded int
