Parameters:

just_clear	Bool	Optional	Only clear it from your side
peer	Username, chat ID, Update, Message or InputPeer	Optional	Where to clear it
max_id	int	Yes	Maximum message id of messages to delete

Return type: messages_AffectedHistory
