Get and increase message views

Parameters:

Name	Type	Required	Description
peer	Username, chat ID, Update, Message or InputPeer	Optional	The chat where the message is located
id	Array of int	Yes	The IDs messages to get
increment	Bool	Yes	Increase message views?

Return type: Vector_of_int

Can bots use this method: NO
