Get the profile photos of a user

Parameters:

Name	Type	Required	Description
user_id	Username, chat ID, Update, Message or InputUser	Optional	The user
offset	int	Yes	Offset
max_id	long	Yes	Maximum ID of photo to return
limit	int	Yes	Number of photos to return

Return type: photos_Photos
