Create stickerset

Parameters:

masks	Bool	Optional	Masks?
user_id	Username, chat ID, Update, Message or InputUser	Optional	The user ID associated to this stickerset
title	string	Yes	The stickerset title
short_name	string	Yes	The stickerset short name
stickers	Array of InputStickerSetItem	Yes	The stickers to add

Return type: messages_StickerSet
