Returns URL with the chat statistics. Currently this method can be used only for channels

Parameters:

dark	Bool	Pass true if a URL with the dark theme must be returned	Optional
peer	Username, chat ID, Update, Message or InputPeer	Chat identifier	Optional
params	string	Parameters from tg://statsrefresh?params=****** link	Yes

Return type: StatsURL
