Send inline bot result obtained with messages.getInlineBotResults to the chat

Parameters:

silent	Bool	Optional	Disable notifications?
background	Bool	Optional	Disable background notifications?
clear_draft	Bool	Optional	Clear the message draft?
peer	Username, chat ID, Update, Message or InputPeer	Optional	Where to send the message
reply_to_msg_id	int	Optional	Reply to message by ID
query_id	long	Yes	The inline query ID
id	string	Yes	The ID of one of the inline results

Return type: Updates
