Find a sticker set

Parameters:

exclude_featured	Bool	Exclude featured sticker sets from the search?	Optional
q	string	The search query	Yes
hash	Array of int	The IDs of stickersets you already fetched	Optional

Return type: messages_FoundStickerSets
