Install a theme

Parameters:

Name	Type	Description	Required
dark	Bool	Whether to install the dark version	Optional
format	string	Theme format, a string that identifies the theming engines supported by the client	Optional
theme	InputTheme	Theme to install	Optional

Return type: Bool
