Get the link of a message in a channel

Parameters:

channel	Username, chat ID, Update, Message or InputChannel	The channel/supergroup	Optional
id	int	The ID of the message	Yes
grouped	Bool	Is this an album?	Yes

Return type: ExportedMessageLink
