Delete chat history
### Parameters:

### Can bots use this method: **NO**
### MadelineProto Example:

}
include 'madeline.php';
$MadelineProto = new \danog\MadelineProto\API('session.madeline');
$MadelineProto->start();
$messages_AffectedHistory = $MadelineProto->messages->deleteHistory(['peer' => InputPeer, 'offset' => int, ]);
