user_id	int	Yes	ID of the bot
description	string	Yes	Description of the bot
commands	Array of BotCommand	Yes	Bot commands that can be used in the chat

Type: BotInfo

Example:

$botInfo = ['_' => 'botInfo', 'user_id' => int, 'description' => 'string', 'commands' => [BotCommand, BotCommand]];
