Parameters:

revoke	Bool	Delete messages for the other user	Optional
peer	Username, chat ID, Update, Message or InputPeer	Where to clear it	Optional
max_id	int	Maximum message id of messages to delete	Yes

Return type: messages_AffectedHistory
