Attributes:

Name	Type	Required	Description
chat_id	int	Yes	Chat ID
access_hash	long	Yes	Checking sum from constructor encryptedChat, encryptedChatWaiting or encryptedChatRequested

Type: InputEncryptedChat

Example:

$inputEncryptedChat = ['_' => 'inputEncryptedChat', 'chat_id' => int, 'access_hash' => long];
