Get the callback answer of a bot (after clicking a button)

Parameters:

peer	Username, chat ID, Update, Message or InputPeer	The chat	Optional
msg_id	int	The message ID	Yes
data	bytes	The data to send to the bot	Optional

Return type: messages_BotCallbackAnswer
