Set the pinned message of a channel/supergroup

Parameters:

silent	Bool	Pin silently	Optional
channel	Username, chat ID, Update, Message or InputChannel	The channel/supergroup	Optional
id	int	The ID of the message to pin	Yes

Return type: Updates
