Delete a user from a chat (not supergroup)

Parameters:

chat_id	Username, chat ID, Update, Message or InputPeer	The ID of the chat	Optional
user_id	Username, chat ID, Update, Message or InputUser	The user to delete (pass @me to leave the chat)	Optional

Return type: Updates
