Delete a user from a chat (not supergroup)

Parameters:

Name Type Required Description
chat_id Username, chat ID, Update, Message or InputPeer Optional The ID of the chat
user_id Username, chat ID, Update, Message or InputUser Optional The user to delete (pass @me to leave the chat)

Return type: Updates
