Differential Revision: https://phabricator.kde.org/D9785
We have a special case for sources starting with "file://" but a "/" also represents an absolute path and shouldn't
conflict with icon theme names.
Kicker sets a custom image as local path and then we would end up trying to load it as a QIcon::fromTheme eventually.
This will cause the implicit size of the icon item to stay at its default as we only check a custom implicit size
for a source QImage or an SVG. Moreover, this potentially introduces scaling artefacts.

This is a resurrection of David's old patch:

longer valid today: In the meantime we implemented a way for apps to

Plasma::Svg initializes SvgPrivate::scaleFactor to 1.0. On systems with
a higher value for Units:devicePixelRatio, that means Svg::setScaleFactor
gets called with a different value right after instanciation and a fair
amount of work is done twice.
This patch introduces a static SvgPrivate::s_lastScaleFactor,
initialized to 1.0 but updated in Svg::setScaleFactor.
SvgPrivate::scaleFactor is then initialized to the static every time
its instanciated. That means after the first time Svg::setScaleFactor
is called with e.g. 2.0, subsequent Svg instances get initialized
with 2.0.
This ends up shaving a decent amount of time off of startup on scaled

Summary:
When the component completes `FrameSvg::setRepaintBlocked(false)`
is called, which calls `updateFrameData`, which emits
`repaintNeeded`, which is connected to `doUpdate` anyway.
This saves one `doUpdate` per instanciation. The reason for that
is as follows:
* The concept or repaint blocking is implemented in `FrameSvg`,
which inherits from `Svg`.
* The `repaintNeeded` signal connected to `doUpdate` is the one
in `Svg`.
* `Svg` code emits `repaintNeeded` liberally even when repaints
are blocked, since it doesn't know anything about this.
Hence we check if repaints are blocked in doUpdate and abort,
implementing the QQmlParserStatus interface in the right class.

to load always the plasma styled qqc2 controls in plasmoids

and plasma style in plasmoids.
Note: this replaces just the style org.kde.desktop
to Plasma and not every style (so with Material
set as QT_QUICK_CONTROLS_STYLE environment variable

we can control both org.kde.desktop and Plasma styles:

Summary:
There was an unidentified bug where when opening a context menu in
response to a mousePress event led to the next click events not being
registered. The mouse got grabbed by the item in the mousePressEvent,
but when we open a menu it didn't get released. The next click goes to
the currently grabbed item.
A workaround was added back in 2015 (and copied into various other parts
of Plasma) to ungrab the mouse after launching the context menu inside
our rightClickEvent. This doesn't work because qquickwindow code is
shuffled. It now sends the event and then grabs the mouse.
qquickwindow.cpp:653 on Qt5.8.0
Which means we're now trying to do the ungrab, before QWindow has set
our item as the grabber. That obviously doesn't work.
This real bug needs fixing in Qt, (I now know the root cause!)
but we have a workaround here already, we may as well make it work.
FWIW, the root cause of all of these bugs is:
The way it should work is:
QQuickItem is pressed
QtQuick internally says "this item has the mouse"
you release the mouse, that gets reset
you change window focus, that gets reset
In our case, we don't get either of the last two because:
We spawn a QMenu on mousePress; this takes focus and more importantly
does a mouse grab (a different type. At an X level, not in QtQuick) so
our QQuickWindow never gets a mouseReleaseEvent

d8a1a9eb08 introduces an unintended code
change, resizeFrame() updates the margins and in turns calls
repaintNeeded. This isn't needed and is a binding loop if we ever have a
frameSVGItem whose size depends on it's own margins.
resizeFrame is different from setEnabledBorders / setElementPrefix /
theme changes because even though we need to create a new FrameData we
know any hints and margins won't change. FrameSvgItem::updateSizes
doesn't depend on the size in any way, so always gives the same result
as before. We still, however, need to call updateSizes to populate our
FrameData structure even if the results will be the same as the previous
FrameData.
This patch that introduces a flag to updateFrameData to determine if we
should emit that size hints may have changed or not.

there is a single difference between command line
parameters of plasmapkg2 and kpackagetool5: plasmapkg2
had some hardcoded names like "theme", "plasmoid" etc.
kpackagetool5 requires the servicetype name to be
passed instead. in order to stay compatible convert
those parameter with the proper servicetype name.
it's parsing parameters by hand in order to just
pass anything else without further parsing

They are supposed to be lists. This fixes dropping folders on desktops to create a FolderView.
Dropping trash:/ also offers to create a trash applet again.

This makes it consistent with the Breeze widget style.
The other themes (Air and Oxygen) didn't even have a scroll bar background.

--the dialogs shown from dock type windows when
the dock uses masking are placed far from the
the element that triggered them. This patch
fixes this bug and provide also an auto test.
They're supposed to do the same, completely different codebases. Also some
things had to be ported.
I'd recommend everything to be ported to use kpackagetool (knsrc files!)
but still it's better to at least make sure we stick to one set of features.

Summary:
Appmenu quite neatly has a config option for which should be the
preferred representation, which is needed as both things are quite
viable in a panel and can't be done automatically.
AppletQuickItem needs to update which representation to use when this is
set at runtime. We already check on every single geometry change, so
one extra check won't have a huge impact.
Test Plan:
Appmenu changes dynamically
All other applets (both compact and normal) still seem fine

This introduces a new lineedit_reveal_password restriction (similar to lineedit_text_completion)
that disables the reveal password button on Plasma text fields, like the lock screen and WiFi password inputs.

settingsFileChanged is called if the plugin metadata file changes, and
reloads the theme if the version changes.
However, if the metadata file now doesn't exist we need to check before
calling .version() otherwise it will assert.
If it doesn't exist, we want to reload the theme so that it will load
the correct thing.
